About Rob Gilman and New England Weather Science

New England Weather Science was founded in 1979 by Meteorologist Rob Gilman to assist insurance companies, attorneys, construction companies, and others who need to know specific information on past weather activity.

Rob Gilman reports the weather on over 30 radio stations around New England and writes the popular "Weather Watch" column in The Patriot Ledger, Massachusetts' largest circulation afternoon daily paper.

With experience at Accu-Weather in Pennsylvania, and with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Washington, D.C., Gilman knows the weather inside and out.

Courts in the Massachusetts Counties of Suffolk, Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable and Middlesex have recognized Mr. Gilman's expert testimony.

Gilman is Treasurer of the Greater Boston chapter of the American Meteorological Society and a Vice President of the New England Solar Energy Association.
